I started seeing Sadie after a recommendation at my gym. I now see her once a fortnight for half massage half reiki. Reiki was a first for me. I don't know how it works but it does. The hour is totally relaxing in the lovely therapy room and Sadie puts you at ease straight away. I feel uplifted and sleep much better. I just treated myself to a full body massage followed by reiki. Bliss! Will definitely repeat.

Sadie was recommended to me by an instructor at my Leisure centre. I take part in intense, gym -based exercise classes almost daily. Have seen Sadie a couple of times now, and she has the skill to find and work on the areas of my body which need attention. I believe this is important in injury prevention. Sadie has an unhurried approach, and the whole procedure is very relaxing. Her experience shows through!

I've just had my third hour long massage treatment with Sadie, and I have to say I've been extremely impressed.
Not just by her expertise , but also the relaxing surroundings and her professional manner.
I have suffered with back problems for over 15 years , and since I have been having the treatments I have noticed a marked improvement since the first visit.
I only wish I had known about Sadie and her treatments before now!

I have been visiting Sadie for a while now and have tried both her massage and Reiki treatments. She provides a calm and relaxed environment and uses fantastic products. The treatments themselves are the best I have had. I am currently having regular massage and Sadie always takes the time at the beginning of each session to find out if there are any specific areas that need work. I never feel rushed and she is always happy to chat through any issues I have with my back and offer advice and suggestions to help alleviate problems. She introduced me to the hot stones last week - bliss! Highly recommended!

I have had quite a few different treatments with Sadie now including deep tissue massage, thai foot, reiki, myofascial release, indian head massage, hot stones etc and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with the results at all. Sadie talks to you about what you want from your session and suggests the correct treatment for you which you would not be disappointed with. I've come back today from another session where I experienced hot stones for the first time and have to say it was lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend Pure Escape Holistic Therapies. :)

As a dance and fitness instructor my body takes a lot of punishment. I originally decided to book a full body massage with Sadie after trying a taster treatment at a fundraising event where she managed to successfully de-crunch my shoulders! Not only does Sadie provide a professional service in an approachable way, she is dedicated to working with specific problem areas rather than doing the same massage every time. I have recently had a half massage/half reiki treatment with Sadie and it was WONDERFUL! Sadie asked lots of questions to identify exactly how she could help me and also identified current problems we had not talked about which were spot on. I had a wonderful massage followed by the reiki which left he deeply relaxed and 'centered!' So much so, that I decided on the way home that I was going to address a 'difficult' issue I had been putting off for too long and I am pleased to say it was resolved later that day! I would definitely recommend both treatments and I will be going back for more of the same. my only problem is, Sadie offers some other great-sounding treatments - I just can't decide what to have next!!

Reiki rocks and it has helped me with my confidence issues. Thanks Sadie for putting up with me and sorting that head, which was a shed, into calm and no more stress. A nurse who I worked with used to say less stress princess, well this princess is no longer stressed.

After doing a very eventful weekend of endurance sports, I came to Sadie to speed up my recovery. I had an hour treatment that include neck, back, shoulder and leg massages. Very professional but relaxed atmosphere -Sadie is very easy to chat to and, the emphasis is on what you want to get out of it. very client orientated, she aims to make sure you get the best out of the session. I left very happy and relaxed. Will definitely be returning and would fully recommend to anyone. Thank you Sadie
